I enjoy waking up early in the mornings but not like my mother did- she woke up at 3AM regularly for her last 10 years or so... I take it I sign into the board when the other folks online are still awake from last night
I have my late nights every once in a while- sometimes several times per week. After a night drinking I usually rise between 7 or 8... Any one else prone to rising before dawn regularly? I normally go to sleep around 2 and get up around 8-9 depending on when I've got to be in college that day.
If left to my own devices without any need to get up, my instinct is to stay up until 4 in the morning and wake up at a little before noon. :( Title: Re: Early to bed, early to rise... Since my schedule is irregular it tends to vary a lot how long I'm up and especially when I get out of bed. Title: Re: Early to bed, early to rise... Post by: California8429 on March 24, 2012, 02:04:15 PM I usually go to bed around midnight (11pm-1:30 am) and wake up at 6:00 am for school.
Though on weekends I usually stay up until 2 am and sleep in until 11 on Saturday (if possible), but still wake up at 8:30 on Sundays. |
