Title: ARG-NH
Post by: Ben Romney on March 22, 2012, 05:12:23 PM
PRESIDENT – NEW HAMPSHIRE (ARG)
Barack Obama (D-inc) 48%
Mitt Romney (R) 41%

Barack Obama (D-inc) 48%
Rick Santorum (R) 37%

The ARG New Hampshire Poll shows that about 1/3 of Republicans would vote for Obama over Romney, but the Indies split 41/41% That ARG poll is pure trash.

Not a particularly outlandish result. The last poll I can find of NH (WMUR/UNH, Jan25-Feb 2) was Obama 50 Romney 40.
I do wish we had more polls from New Hampshire.

Amen. If Obama's up in New Hampshire, Romney is toast. It's Obama Achilles Heel in his 272 EV firewall, and if he isn't picking it off, Nevada, Colorado, and Pennsylvania aren't going anywhere else either.

Other than IA-6,NH-4,and PA-20, which Gore2000/Kerry2004 state Romney-R has a decent chance of winning.
The Gore2000/Kerry2004 states Obama-D is likely to win add up to 227ev(MN-10,WI-10,NM-5,MI-16,and OR-7).  Obama-D is also going to win ( CO-9,NV-6,and VA-13)=28ev(255ev).  A narrow win in OH-18 or NC-15 gives Obama-D the 270plus ev.

Still tough to accept the idea of Obama leading significantly in NH if the race is competitive. Draw whatever conclusion from that you will.

Looks like New Hampshire no longer loves Romney.
