Obama will get at least 40% in the state.
Also, who have voted in at least 2 of the last 4 general elections. Kerry and Obama drove down turnout. Romney will drive down Republican turnout. Most of the swing came not from Kerry to McCain voters, but from Kerry voters to non-voters.
