Romney takes 6 of the 8 CD's in WI (Santorum taking the 3rd and 7th), Romney narrowly takes the 6th. Romney takes everything in Maryland with the exception of the 1st. Romney will do a bit better in SW WI (it's closer to the areas of Iowa he won) than the map shows, while Santorum will do better in Northern Wisconsin (the iron areas that voted heavily D but trended R in 2008). The MD map looks about right, though Baltimore County might be Romney >40%. As for DC, Romney will win by a lot, but I actually wouldn't count out Ron Paul getting about 30%--remember that in the 2-way race, he won several cities, including Norfolk.
