I can't help but be intrigued by Mormons, mainly because they seem to guard their lifestyles so much. It makes you want to know what they're doing and thinking, as if "something's up". Definitely doesn't help perceptions. But they all seem so happy and friendly. Weirdly happy and friendly.

It's not really relevant to current position of Mormons in the US.

And Romney is completely different from Joseph Smith, and is not really compared to him. I'd say that Romney is more "new face of Mormonism" than anything else. |
