A relatively distant 2nd. All things considered, there is less presence for Paul in Texas than I thought there would be.

I have a feeling that Paul could end up as the winner of the Texas primary.
Simply due to the voter eligibility.

What?

He's saying that since TX has an open primary so Dems and Inds can vote, and since Romney turnout, never as devoted as the other candidates', is likely to fall due to him being the all-but-official nominee, Paul could pull off an upset.

Not just presidential primary that day, there are also primaries for all other federal and state offices. I highly doubt a significant number of Democrats will skip races that matter in their own party to vote in a race that is over.

Ron Paul might get 15%.  He won't get to 20%.
