Title: 9th circuit Court says Arizona can demand voter identification

While agreeing that Arizona was within its rights to require identification at voting places, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit concluded the national Voting Rights Act, or NVRA, superseded the law's requirement that anyone registering to vote in a federal election show "satisfactory evidence" of U.S. citizenship.



It's really just a fringe batch of lunatics now that oppose voter ID at this point.

What? Most democrats are against it. That's like saying only fringe lunatics oppose legalized abortion...

I'm in favour of Voter ID laws, but I don't see why you've been so adamant about your support of it recently.
