Really, I understand your track record of fawning over the man that's flip flopped more than a dying fish on a pier but, Rubio's not even up there in popularity and charisma, not so much. He's more popular on paper than in FL or anywhere so that's why they are deploying him up there. But before the Civil War, it was a next-door-but-four home state, which changes everything.
