Sarkozy obviously. For one thing he's actually going to be on the ballot in the second round of a presidential election this sunday. Not very likely to happen to either Le Pen or Bayrou.

Sarkozy has like a 5% chance of winning the 2012 election. The other two have a 0% chance of winning the 2012 election and all future elections.

This election: obviously Sarkozy.
In the future: assuming Sarko's serious about quitting politics if he looses, Le Pen.  The chances of Bayrou ever getting close to his 2007 score again seem pretty slim.

Anyone who thinks Marion Panzergirl can come remotely close to winning 50% +1 in an election with normal turnout is delusional.

Sarkozy's chances of winning in 2012 are about even to Bayrou's chances of ever winning (negligible but not quite non-existent), while his chances of a comeback, and the chances of Le Pen ever being president, are non-existent.

Panzer girl vs Melenchon would be a fun match-up.
