Title: Naming state legislative districts

We've done this a lot for Congressional ones, so here's the thread for the state leg.

I'll do Minnesota's, feel free to do other states. The House districts are what I'll name, the Senate ones are just House combined. I'm going to use Canadian style. Maps for the record:
