Title: NE: Committee of the Whole Pertaining to the Selection of a New Capital Post by: Simfan34 on July 30, 2012, 01:10:28 AM I am calling the Assembly into a Committee of the Whole to debate the issue of a new capital, namely, where it should be situated. We have generally agreed that we should designate a preexisting settlement as the capital, but we seem to have disagreements as to what that place should be. Before passing legislation authorizing the designation of a new capital I would like to reach a consensus as to the capital's location as to expedite the legislative process.

I'm not open to selecting our capital based on the results of an anonymous poll in which anyone can vote. This is a much better idea. In fact, I'm going to start drafting legislation that will do just that right now. |
