The rural areas in Eastern Iowa are declining, but the counties will larger cities (Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Dubuque) are still growing. The last Rasmussen was about 3 weeks ago. Absentees have closed as of this morning, but are still running ahead of 2008 for the D's, in terms of percentage. |
