Forgot Puerto Rico (1) and Oceania (0).

I knew about Puerto Rico, but since it was inhabited I did not fret. However, with Oceania's emptiness, the situation is even worse than we imagined.

What region in Oceania?

What is this "Oceania"? Is it the same mega-nation that existed in Orwell's "1984"? If so, that's pretty sweet, but I think that would encompass all of Atlasia.

It includes Guam, Atlasian Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau. It was created in July 2011 by an act of the Senate.

Oceania is what most of the world calls the continent Australia, or at least when I learned about it from my father, that's what he said it was.

Aww, seeing that population map makes me miss Senate Districts and redistricting.

Edit: btw you also forgot about DC, which has no residents either.

All of these states have yet to be adopted! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Do I take any credit for having singlehandedly "saved" Hawaii for over a year now? :)

And yes, those CALIFORNIAN AND WASHINGTONIAN FATCATS REFUSE TO AID THEIR SUFFERING STATES! It must be a Pacific thing, to be so apathetic about the suffering around them.

Unfortunately, none of those states were part of the Save Our States program (as they had already been saved and therefore, do not count (http://inception.davepedu.com/)). Oceania and Alaska still continue to suffer, while 71% of the Pacific lives high on the hog in CA & WA. Unacceptable! >:(

URGENT UPDATE: Another state has succumbed to the whims of Atlasia's cruel nature. Oklahoma, where the wind comes sweeping down the plain and carries all its citizens away. Once a booming hub with 2 residents, Oklahoma had an immediate implosion after the Presidential election, in which one de-registration and one intra-regional move left it barren.

This is no longer just a crisis in the Pacific. Once thought to be contained somewhere west of Colorado, it has reared its ugly head once again in a new region.

Eh, since Capitals don't seem to matter too much, I might as well return my registration to Oklahoma.

Obesity has never been a liability in the South. Ideally, each region should have a fat-cat state in conjunction with every other state also being populated, as I think that is a sign of virility. Besides, I think we all agree that Georgia is a far better fat-cat state than, god forbid, Florida or Texas.

Because election maps look prettier when all the states vote, silly!  ;)

By the same token, shouldn't we encourage people to move from states with an even partisan balance to avoid ties? All those stripes are ugly. :P

Thankfully, a very charitable man has rushed in to save Northern Ireland. As of now, only 2 states (Puerto Rico & Scotland) remain on the endangered list!
