Title: Anyone know how to explain this?

http://www.usa.com/barrow-county-ga-income-and-careers.htm#Median-Household-Income-by-Races

Barrow County, Georgia: Median Household Income by Race, per 2010 ACS

White   $52,817
Black   $58,491
Hispanic   $72,955
Asian   $78,179

Barrow County is in the outer Atlanta exurbs, but still rural in some places. This is where I grew up, and where my parents still live; in spite of my familiarity with the county I have no explanation for how or why whites have the lowest household income of any racial group.

Any ideas?

Small sample sizes, plus the rurals are going to be poorer (esp. on income instead of assets) than the suburbanites - and the rurals-turned-suburbanites poorer than the incomers - and the Asians and Hispanics are going to all be suburban incomers.
