Meaning for only Atlas Fantasy Election part right? if so, maybe if for the WHOLE forum, Hell NO! We got Dave for that. Title: Re:Moderator Post by: Nym90 on April 02, 2004, 10:37:11 PM Yes, Dave is already the moderator for everything but the Fantasy section. The Fantasy section has no moderator.
Title: Re:Moderator Post by: 12th Doctor on April 02, 2004, 11:09:32 PM I think we should have someone who makes up issues, for the elections and for the Senate if that is what you mean.
Title: Re:Moderator Post by: Fritz on April 03, 2004, 02:55:59 AM Dave isn't the moderator?
So if I send a message by clicking the little "report to moderator" thingy, doesn't Dave get it? Dave was in here just a day or two ago, and he told some folks to "please keep civil." Title: Re:Moderator Post by: Gustaf on April 03, 2004, 03:15:59 AM Yes and it should be the Secretary of Forum Affairs, who is appointed by the President. exactly I agree Seems fine, though it depends some on the definition of a 'moderator'. Title: Re:Moderator Post by: Platypus on April 03, 2004, 04:37:46 AM super-we agree on something ;)
We need a permanent Game Moderator who makes sure that elections are fair, the senate has something to do 9creates events) and keeps the board in line. It doesn't matter who this person is, if they are elected, or what; but they need to be non-partisan oce in the position, and permanent. This is why we can't have the Sec. for forum affairs. Title: Re:Moderator Post by: volk1 on April 03, 2004, 07:16:40 PM It's up to Dave but i think we need one - unpartisan and fair and active and moderate. I think Gustaf or Dunn (both cabinet members now) will do a good job, anyhow I voted yes.
Title: Re:Moderator Post by: Beet on April 03, 2004, 07:17:56 PM Agreed.
