Even Jersey city next to the PATH is White. Another other questions? Title: Re: Why is Hoboken so White? Post by: hopper on September 21, 2013, 06:28:51 PM Hoboken is basically Jersey's version of Irish/Italian parts of Brooklyn now. You can go to any restaraunts you want in or get the train to go to NYC if you don't have a car. Hoboken is 15% Hispanic where as the Jersey average is 18% Hispanic so there is a good number of Hispanics vs the state average in Hoboken. Hoboken was losing population for many decades but grew alot from 2001-2010.
