Title: Why is Hoboken so White?

It's bordered by Jersey City and Union City, but Hoboken is 82% white. How come?

Wall Street.  Even Jersey city next to the PATH is White.  Another other questions?

Hoboken is basically Jersey's version of  Irish/Italian parts of Brooklyn now. You can go to any restaraunts you want in or get the train to go to NYC if you don't have a car. Hoboken is 15% Hispanic where as the Jersey average  is 18% Hispanic so there is a good number of Hispanics vs the state average in Hoboken. Hoboken was losing population for many decades but grew alot from 2001-2010.

It's a charming, upscale area that's a short commute to Manhattan.
