Is Pat Quinn the luckiest politician in America today?

I think Claire McCaskill might edge him out there.

State senator Bill Brady and Treasurer Rutherford are Springfield politicians as well as Quinn and part of problem. Downstate which is GOP territory not Cook has switched allegiance from Brady. Which saved Blago in 2002 primary.

Notice the lack of movement for anyone but Rauner. Since Nov Rauner has advertised heavily while his opponents cannot afford TV time. The effect is that undecideds are moving to Rauner but he's not moving voters who were already in favor of another candidate.
