57% Jerry Brown (D)
18% Tim Donnelly (R)
11% Neel Kashkari (R)
  4% Another Candidate
10% Undecided

In the California Secretary of State race, the poll results are:

48% Alex Padilla (D)
32% Pete Peterson (R)

Why did California make it so that someone who cracks 50% in the jungle primary doesn't automatically win?

Won't matter because Moonbeam will crush whoever the GOP nominee is in November to securing a historic 4th term in the California Governor's Mansion and his 6th statewide election victory (more statewide election wins than his father).
