538 has it at a C+ with a D+1 bias.

But considering Hawaii polls + Hanneman at 10%, I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Leans or Likely D are all arguable ratings in my opinion. Tossup would be a 'Pub hack rating, and Safe D is a Dem hack rating.

This is an internal poll, so be weary. The tradition fog of war when it comes to polling in Hawaii is still there, too.
