It looks like the race has tightened a bit, but I wouldn't be willing to say that Brown is ahead. It's the first poll he's in the lead this cycle.

This is still Shaheen's race to lose. (And Republican seat No. 54 or 55 in most scenarios).

There does appear to be a trend towards the Republican candidate in general though amongst the 10 true tossup states. Obviously, this could change as the election draws closer.

I agree, but shows Brown is gaining momentum if you take into account all of the recent polls.

Luckily this poll confirms it's junk by only giving Hassan a 5 point lead.

 Brown has gained 5 points in less than a month in a lot of polls.  I don't know what is going on up there but he has some serious momentum. 

I predict she will still win but by less than I thought a few weeks ago. 

Shaheen wins by 3 and a win is a win.  It's the same as if she won by 10.
