Yes to entering or is this a quasi-internal?

What are the specific rules regarding this anyway? PPP "internals" tend to get entered, as did that Magellan poll which was conducted for the NHGOP a while ago. Is it that they have to be public pollsters as well in order to get entered?

This race has had almost no good polling.

As long as it's not an internal for a candidate or his/her party then I feel like we usually enter it. Probably should only enter polls that are released "fully" as well (i.e. with crosstabs and an explanation of methodology).
