It's pretty telling the only things you've had to brag about in the past few days are Gravis (R), Civitas (R) and this poll (R).

Conservatives are truly scraping the bottom of the barrel now, as the Democratic Wave washes over them.

Didn't the Tribune have Rauner up too and the rest of the polling had it well within the MOE?

Obviously, this sample leans Republican, but there's nothing to suggest that they don't have anything other than a race in Illinois right now....

Crisis mode (aka Time for some extra votes in Chi-Town) for Illinois Dems.

Quinn didnt expect to win in the polls until election day anyway. Quinn is a lame duck anyway, I think voters know that it is Cullerton and Vallas who will be negotiating anyways, with GOP.

So... what is it with these "green avatars" who try to claim some kind of moral high ground yet are pretty clearly on one side.

I just can't wait for the voter fraud accusations when Quinn wins the race.

It was a joke. You and I both know the reputation and rich history of Illinois politics. The only certainty is both Quinn and Rauner will somehow figure out a way to end up in handcuffs. (Again, another joke.)

What saves Quinn, is Vallas, Quinn alongside Speaker are toxic.

Vallas and Cullerton are names statewide officeholders associate with. Even it is Speakers daugnter, or Lisa.

As a partisan Democrat I'll admit we've done some screwy things in Chicago.  I'll also cop to stealing the Washington Governor's race in 2004.

When you have to find a CoC poll to show that the Republican is leading, then you're really desperate.

Why has there been only one real poll (CBS News/NYT) of this race in the last two months?

I believe that even that was the YouGov poll for that cycle, and it left off the Lib Grimm, which makes it hard to read much into the undecided vote.
