Deal 50.1
Carter 46.2

Great poll!

93% of the electorate is 45+

65% of those polled was over 65? Did they just conduct this poll with random number digit dialing at every Georgia nursing home?

This is beyond a junk poll.

Print it out and put it in the shredder.

This is an exit poll of the early vote, not a poll of the overall race.

This is an exit poll of the early vote, not a poll of the overall race.

Just for reference:

Early Vote by Age, 2014:
18-30: 5.6%
31-50: 22.9%
51-64: 33.9%
65+: 37.6%

There's just no way Deal is actually up by 4 among early voters, given the racial breakdowns. Carter likely has a strong plurality or even a small majority in the early vote.
