I don't think Walker will have a significantly better chance of winning the state than other Republicans. With that said, I doubt they'll lose it by 10, unless Democrats win big nationally.

So is it actually the people who vote for the Democrats federally and Republicans locally that make the difference, or is it that the same people vote for their respective parties all of the time, but a larger slice of the Democrats don't bother to vote locally?
