Title: If hillary won

Let,s say Hillary Clinton won the election. What criticism would there have been on the Trump campaign? Who would he blame for his loss?

Trump would not give a concession speech and claim the election was rigged, he even disputed the result after he won because he lost the popular vote. Other Trump supporters like Sean Hannity  blame 'disloyal Republicans' like  Paul Ryan, and there is a challenge to Ryan's speakership.  The consensus would  be that Trump ran perhaps the  worst campaign in history and that Republicans need to moderate and appeal to minorities to win.  Trump's lack of ground game,  being outspent, lack of discipline, losing the debates and more. His attacks on Curiel, the Khans and Alicia Machado would come under fire. He would be seen as the only candidate more unpopular than Hillary Clinton who could have lost to her.

If it's close, I see some of the blame going to Gary Johnson. I also see major, major D losses in the Senate in 2018. Worst case in the real world is that they lose 1 or 2 seats, best case they gain 2, or 3 if something weird happens in MS or somewhere.

Here's what I think would happen, the point of divergence being no Comey letter.
