All the alcohol is produced by Christians and is distributed by Christians. Even though Muslims are not allowed to drink alcohol they often do and when they do they get it from Christians. Yes, Christianity is much more tolerant of alcohol but that doesn't stop denominations like the Baptists from banning it. Of course there are very few of those in the Middle East. That does not explain porn however. This simply can't be explained with the usualy Islam-apologist excuse that Christian countries are usually more modernized and secular since we're talking about the groups in the same countries here.
