49% in a atmosphere like 2016. 52% in a two way race like 2012.

51% in 2016, 53% in a two way vs Pence and Drumpft. I think Jake and I would do great.

It would really only work if we were running against a pretty far left candidate, due to how different we are from each other. Also, I would have to move to Nevada or something. :P

We contrast too much for it to work IRL, although Fantasyland might yield a comfortable victory.

Probably 2004 Kerry Levels plus Ohio, Iowa, Colorado, New Mexico, and maybe Virginia in today's climate. 45-52% Popular vote range

Would win the popular vote by at least four points in a neutral year, but less than ten.

Probably not that well. Too much infighting on the ticket.

Also, social conservatives would vote en masse for the opposition, much more so than usual. A coastal strategy might work, but would certainly pull down the party in the Senate in the long run.

Disaster as that would cause many Republicans to vote third party while my views wont win me over democrats .

If both the Republican and Democratic candidates are unelectable extremists, a ticket of Old School Republican and I could potentially sweep the centre, albeit unlikely.

Pretty well I think, it atleast would be a fairly coherent ticket. A big chunk of the very conservative base would stay home, but we'd also win a lot of moderates. The election would be a real nail-biter but Colorado would carry us me to the WH :).

The only way I can see that working is if I ran as a Republican.

In which case, he would either be a huge help for me, or I would be the reason the ticket does poorly :P

I prob get booted off for calling her a libertarian too often.

Our pro-boobs campaign message would bring us great success across the country.

It wouldn't work, one of us would resign and campaign for the other side, or possibly even go full 3rd-party/Indy for teh shiggoos

AS a unity ticket could be very strong.

We would win a lot of states

Basically any R ticket with me would probs be weird, and any D ticket with an R VP wouldn't work.

 We would either balance each other out and do fairly well, or crash and burn cause no one would vote for us.

I'm not sure a VP pick of a Social Conservative would be well received from many democrats though I think the ticket could do very well.

I'm far to your left on social issues and you're noticeably to my left on economic issues, so it'd be a mismatch... Not to mention, if I'm the Presidential nominee I'd probably be forced off the ticket after a scandal of some sort, so we'd get crushed most likely.

Yes, I have no doubt that my social score would be -10.00. I'm extremely pro-choice, pro-LGBT rights, against the death penalty, for legalizing all drugs, for legalizing prostitution, strongly for the separation of church and state, and so on. Basically, I believe anything that doesn't harm others should be 100% legal even if it's morally disagreeable.

Progressive/progressive (FF/FF) ticket. Though Peebs will have to register to vote in MA. No geographic diversity, unless we really run on urban v. rural, Democratic v. Republican area of residence. Or unless Peebs runs as a "Northerner" and puts on a thick Bostonian accent for the duration of the campaign.

Considering that our ideologies are almost totally opposite, we'd be one of the most discombobulated campaigns ever.

Probably fairly well, I don't have many huge disagreements on policy with you, plus our personalities are somewhat similar to an extent... although we wouldn't be entitled to Virginia's electoral votes because we're both from there  >_<

It would be the best ever presidential ticket known to man. Fhtagn/Koopa 2020 would win exactly 538 electoral college votes, provided that Puerto Rico doesn't join before then. If it does, and if it gains 7 EVs, the total would be 545.
