Title: Dewey-Goldwater-McGovern counties?

Are there any?

If not, what about Dewey-Goldwater-Mondale?

I don't know of any, but I know of one town in which Mondale outperformed both Johnson and FDR '44 / Truman: Amherst, MA (home of Amherst College, Hampshire College, and UMass Amherst).

Johnson won 70% in Amherst in '64, Mondale won 71% in '84. I don't know what percentage Dewey got in '44 or '48, but Nixon got 60% in '60, so I think it's safe to say Dewey carried the town both times.

I'm almost positive there aren't any. compare the areas where Dewey did well to the areas where McGovern did well and there are clearly no real similarities. the South would be the closest bet, with McGovern winning a few black belt counties, but these counties all either voted for Truman or Strom Thurmond in 1948 so you can count them out.
