When you generate the map link, it has things like NJ=2 and things like that. Maine and Nebraska are at the end of the link. If you want them to be yellow, you can go in and make them ME=4 and NE=4 and do the same for the congressional districts however you want.

They definitely should redesign the color-choosing portion of the website. It also took me a long time to figure out to click "evc" to get the electoral map generator. |
