I am not as sure as some left wingers posting here that Bernie’s socialism is going to be as salable as they think. The Democrats face some real divisions over this. Polling in Virginia lately has been all over the place, with polls overestimating McAuliffe in 2013, Warner in 2014, and Clinton in 2016, but underestimating Northam in 2017. Obviously Tim Kaine will win, but I just wonder if a combination of polls being unreliable in Virginia and the race not being focused on because it's safe might lead to a surprise in the margin on election night.
