The poll of 1208 likely Illinois general election voters was conducted August 12-14, 2018. The margin of error is 2.8%. The poll was conducted by live callers and answered on both land lines (614) and cell phones (594). It's absolutely pathetic that Dems have to rely on a right wing spoiler candidate to bail them out in a deep blue state during a Dem wave, but I guess IL Dems gonna IL Dem.
Hopefully Pritzker gets thrown in prison shortly after winning and we get a Gov. Evers, Whitmer and Pritzker should win around 53-47%.

He will get at least 55%, which is a solid base of Democratic support in this friendly enviornment. McCann might sink Rauner below 40% though. Worst case scenario for Rauner is 55-35-10%. Safe Democratic anyway.
