It is a good thing that in general people's lives are getting better, but even using PPP, it's awfully tricky to make sweeping statements about the world economy.

By the standard they are using, there in no such thing as poverty in the U.S. as having a half time minimum wage job and no government assistance is enuf to make a single person middle class. It is a good thing that in general people's lives are getting better, but even using PPP, it's awfully tricky to make sweeping statements about the world economy. 1.this is about the world, not the US, but yeah, from an Earth perspective, almost everybody in the US is middle class (or much much better) 2.the point is that things are generally getting better for most humans...well that and to make fun of people of people like Intell.
