Title: Which senatorial races will be decided by a plurality of votes?
Post by: Anzeigenhauptmeister on November 05, 2018, 11:35:26 AM
I've excluded states where a win by plurality is either impossible (California, Washington, Florida, Wisconsin) or highly unlikely (e.g. North Dakota).
Regarding the Mississippi special election I'm referring to the first round.

Here is the corresponding poll for the gubernatorial elections. (https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=305782)

Does anybody think that the Mississippi special election will proceed to a runoff?

correct answers were AZ (as of now, may change) and WV.

Anyone not voting for Nevada... why are you here?

They proved you wrong :P

It was a big surprise, which proves that Nevada has become a solidly blue state.

It really wasn't a surprise.

There's a simple reason for that: There were only two candidates (unlike in the gubernatorial race).
