Seriously though, this is my honest response. I think Shoygu will be Putin's successor in 2024. He is. as Kadyrov, also non-Russian. Also there is Sobyanin, Moscow mayor, but he is also non-Russian ethnically. Maybe someone unknown, as Putin himself in 1999? |
