Title: EuroElectionAtlas?
Post by: Brambila on May 07, 2004, 12:30:52 PM
If you're going to make european avatars, might as well do european election atlases as well. That would be pretty awesome.

I don't think those foreign avatars will ever materialize.

Sadly, I think Angus is right.... :(

I agree with Brambilla that an expansion would obviously be cool...but I wouldn't expect poor Dave to do all that for us... :)

Yeah, you can easily create the maps and links with image maps.

And Dave has tons of links for Election results. If you guys need help, I can do photoshop and dreamweaver. so just e-mail or IM me.

I don´t know if you already know this site, but http://www.parties-and-elections.de/ has the election results (precentage of votes & parliamentary seats) of all European countries since 1945. Just click on "Europe (A - Z)", then on the country you want, and then at the bottom of a country´s site on "Archive: Elections 1945- ...". Unfortunately, the site doesn´t have any maps.

Another site to try is: http://psephos.adam-carr.net (http://psephos.adam-carr.net), which is probably the biggest election archive on the interenet. But very few maps.
