If I was the prosecution, I would've wanted OJ to take the witness stand. Now, he could've refused to testify....but I would've at least attempted to get him under oath.

This. Prosecution still have to be perfect, but defenses are one by funny at least one major problem in the investigation for evidence when one of the prosecution's major Witnesses was discovered to brag about framing black people for crimes, and then got caught lying about such statements on the witness stand, things ain't going to be good. |
