Flake wasn't popular and McSally saved face by going full-on Trump, or would have if theattacks of hers weren't 2004 Era. Better question, could Richard Carmona have won in a rematch. If the Republicans don't turn out for a primary opponent, they certainly wouldn't turn out for him in a general. Sinema wins by maybe 3-5 with the Dems midterm momentum.

She would get about 53 or 54 percent. I certainly agree with this. Flake was unpopular with the Republican base, and I'm sure that more of Ducey's voters would have defected to Sinema.
