Sample size of 692 likely voters, conducted September 16th to 25th. Change is from their previous poll (https://www.ppic.org/wp-content/uploads/ppic-statewide-survey-californians-and-the-environment-july-2019.pdf) conducted two months ago.

Warren — 23% (+8%)
Biden — 22% (+11%)
Sanders — 21% (+9%)
Harris — 8% (-11%)
Buttigieg — 6% (+1%)
Yang — 3% (-)
Booker — 2% (-)
Castro — 2% (-)
Klobuchar — 1% (-)
O'Rourke — 1% (-)
Steyer — 1% (-)

Wut, how did Biden gain eleven points? Or everybody except Harris.

I think California is a tossup between Warren, Biden and Bernie at this point and the outcomes of the February primary will most likely affect California's vote. This is why Uncle Joe must fight in Iowa and New Hampshire to gain early momentum.

They changed the methodology from open ended to a named list, so it isn't really comparable.

Things really beginning to slip away from Biden. Not much he can do either, of course he can keep attacking Warren with Republican talking points (how ya gonna pay for that) in the coming debates, that's always good for a laugh.
