Guessing there's a lot of people who don't know really anything about any of the candidates being persuaded by ad buys and mailers. But yeah, just like I've been saying: Biden would get 100% of at large delegates and the vast majority, maybe 100%, of the district delegates. Biden's on track (at least in SC) to get a larger percentage of delegates than Clinton, even with just 35% of the vote. This poll is from October. No idea why it was bumped.
