Did you all vote for Proportional Representation?

That may explain why you have all of the smaller parties so high, they all want proportional representation as it benefits them more.

Also if you voted for the Euro, that may have helped.

Mine:

1. Conservative
2. Labour
3. Green Party
4. Liberal Democrats
5. Plaid Cymru
6. Scottish National Party

:o I am a Labour supporter! Not a Tory supporter!

I did vote for proportional, but voted against the Euro... though probably my strong stances favoring devolution tipped the scales.

Maybe the test is just ed up :)

I will vote for Tony Blair if he is still the Labour candidate at the first election I will be able to vote in.

UK

1-Liberal Democrats
2-Plaid Cymru
3-Scottish National Party
4-Labor
5-Conservitive
6-Green(YES! This sounds right atleast!)
I get the same #1, 2, and 3! 4- Greens. 5- Labour, 6- Tories.
This test is pretty skewed.

Australia was highly predictable, except for 1 and 2:
1 AD
2 Greens
3 Labour
4 Libs
5 Nats
6 One Nation

I think I've never had to click on "high" that often in any SelectSmart thingy before.

UK:

OK, my first wasn't a big surprise... ;)

1. Conservative

2. Greens

3. Labour

4. Lib Dem

5. Plaid Cumry

6. SNP

Apart from the Greens, this ranking makes sense.

Australia:

1. Liberal Party

2. National Party

3. Labour Party

4. One Nation (ARGH!)

5. The Greens

6. Australian Democrats

I predicted both of my numberone results correcty, for the first time I think on any of those tests. :)

Might want to test this one too. British political idelogies, not as good since you can't pick varying importance for different things.

http://www.selectsmart.com/FREE/select.php?client=whatkindofTory

1. Liberal Conservative

2. Libertarian Conservative

Yes to proportional, no to euro (but a very low priority...besides, the symbol for Pounds Sterling is so damn cool)

As for the Tory list
#1 Liberal Conservative

#2 Libertarian Conservative

Boss, you are so insular.

Plaid Cymru is the welsh version of the SNP.

And Australian politcs ar better then Canadian politics, which you seem to have an affinity towards.

Anyway, my UK test results:
1.Lib Dems
2. Plaid Cymru
3. SNP
4. Labour
5. Greens
6. Tories

Bout right. swap SNP and Labour though.

5. The Labor Party-under the libs, nats and greens? This test has no credibility
6. One Nation-at least PART of it is right :S

Plaid is *a* Welsh party not *the* Welsh party... they are either the second or third party (Labour are by far the largest party in Wales) and some members often come out with quasi-racist remarks about English people/ethnic minorities.

Yes, that's why they are called nationalists. Unlike patriotism, nationalism has an almost unblemished history of horror and stupidity.

Most British stuff, including ****** is very popular in Sweden. Sweden's relationship with Britain goes back a long time, we are for instance one of the few countries which has never been to war with the UK (not counting the so called "fake war" in the early 19th century, in which the only casualties were a few Swedish peasants who were shot by Swedish military when they refused to be drafted for the war...)

I took these, but had "no opinion" on a number of the questions, so I don't know how reliable these are:

Britain
1.) Lib Dems
2.) Plain Cymru
3.) SNP
4.) Labour
5.) Green
6.) Tories

Australia
1.) Australian Dems
2.) Greens
3.) Labor
4.) Liberal
5.) National Party
6.) One Nation

Canada
1.) NDP
2.) Independent
3.) PC
4.) Alliance
5.) Liberal
6.) BQ
