That said, today will be 22 degrees (72 fahrenheit) with a light bushfire haze clearing as the day goes on. Rest of the week staying in the 20s. We have had an odd weather week-starting off with freezing winds straight up from the bottom, then knocking into hot wind from up north, creating really, really windy conditions; we'd also been waiting for about 5 days on a huge storm that never eventuated, although we did get a little bit of rain. Melbourne weather is very, very good; but also very, very unpredictable. There is a saying that Melbourne has 'four seasons in a day', and it's not too far from the truth.
