I assume you mean the electoral college.  And I expect there probably is one, but not that I've heard of.  The movement to abolish it is not particularly powerful, so there needn't be much of a counter-movement.

Yes, and it was spearheaded in 2004 by Stephanie Tubbs-Jones and Barbara Boxer.







Seriously, though, I don't think anyone really believes that the electoral college is going to be abolished, so it'd kind of be silly to start a campaign to stop that from happening.
