Title: Bush +13 in NC says Bot poll
Post by: Floridude on September 11, 2004, 04:02:02 PM
Just alerting you all on a new rasmussen poll From North Carolina,  which shows Bush ahead by 13.  I don't believe the margin is that high; id guess its about in the middle between the rasmussen and survey usa poll.

The telephone survey of 445 Likely Voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports from September 4-10, 2004.  The margin of sampling error is  +/- 5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence

The internals of some of the "mini-tracking" polls Rasmussen is running are just insane beyond belief.

For example, in Florida, where he has Bush and Kerry tied at 47%, he also has Kerry leading by 42% (!) among independants which is a result, needless to say, from a different galaxy than the one this election is being held in.

I would take these mini-robo-tracks with several tons of salt.

I am showing Bush up 8 or 9 in North Carolina
