Title: Breaking: Barack Obama is BRTD
Post by: HardRCafé on October 27, 2008, 06:56:50 PM
The New York Times:

In interviews, Mr. Obama was modest and careful. (In a rare slip, he told The Associated Press: “I’m not interested in the suburbs. The suburbs bore me.”) (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/01/28/us/politics/28obama.html)

We've had a thread on this, and I could actually be Barack Obama.

Everyone who doesn't live in suburbs hates suburbs, as well as half the people who live in suburbs.

I don't hate suburbs.  Just cul-de-sacs.

I dunno....suburbs are a good place for young professionals like myself to gain a reputation and start a family. Maybe a move into a nice city might be in my cards when Lily (and any other future kid is old enough) and when I have a good enough reputation to afford a 2-bedroom condo in a high-rise.
