In keeping with his Team of Rivals theme, President Elect Obama should replace Richardson with Mitt Romney, who is eminently qualified for this job, providing Romney agrees not to seek the Presidency in 2012. Primarily as his already begun his campaign for the 2012 Republican Nomination, and he wouldn't want to interrupt his progress of wooing support to become the establishment's candidate.
