Anyway, the wedding is over and the bride and groom are off on their weekend honeymoon.  They're just staying at a hotel in Oklahoma City, I think for the weekend and taking a trip later.

What a horrible honeymoon, of course they probably believe they are in the greatest place on earth. Tongue

People actually put ketchup on pasta?!

I think its fairly common unless you have a Mediterranean background.

Dukey and I are Greek, and Phil's Italian, so you might be onto something there.
I'm about 40% Italian, and I find it disgusting personally, and even though I'm mostly Irish on my dad's side, my dad only has on sister who we rarely see, but I have 7 aunts/uncles on my mom's side, and we have real Italian food all the time when we visit them. So same here with the Mediterranean thing.

Texas Rangers fan, eh? What is your opinion of THE ball clubs? The Boys from the Bay, and The Bronx Bombers.

Overrated.  Especially, the Skankees.  The Giants are good, but they're still evil.  They are the West Coast Yankees for me.
Ah, your just jealous of what the Giants did to the Rangers 3 years ago. Wink

The Rangers are actually my second favorite team.  My favorite is St Louis Cardinals.  I am too far inside their market that I can't get their games, so I have to watch the Rangers.  2 years ago was a dream come true for me - St Louis Cardinals vs. Texas Rangers in a 7 Game World Series.
Ah, cool! You must me double jealous because of last year's NLCS epic comeback. Wink My two favorite teams are kind of strange, because when they were both in New York they hated each other.

That was an epic comeback and the Giants deserved that one.  I never thought the Cardinals would win it last year, so I wasn't too disappointed.  I would have preferred the Tigers winning the World Series, but everyone knew they didn't stand a chance against Buster Posey and Co.

I was pretty disappointed at first last year when it really looked like the Giants were going down against the Reds. So there was that comeback, then the one against the Cards, so by the time we got to Detroit they were far too hot to lose.

If I may, I would recommend just a plain old non digital scale, with a needle measurement. I do believe they are much more accurate than digital scales for the most part.

Does Bushie's plane not have WiFi or something? I mean, you'd think sometime along the line of 30+ hours of plane rides he'd want to get online or something.

Wifi on planes is horribly expensive. I doubt even Bushie would spend his parents money on that, unless he needs to have a brief relaxation.
Yeah I didn't know, sorry, I've never been on a plane, but I plan on going on a small trip after I graduate next year, maybe Southwest's $69 cheap bastards deal. Smiley The farthest I've been from home was Niagra Falls.

You've never flown?! You innocent boy, you!

Yes, it's something like $10/hour on flights I have been on, but it could be free on first class, I have no idea. Those are Delta's prices at least, and I only fly with them unless I have no other choice. I don't know how transatlantic flights work for wi-fi or flights to Africa.

I have no idea how Bushie travels, but I expect he will be wearing a fanny pack at some point.
Yeah, my parents vacation idea is usually a 4 hour drive to Southeastern Massachusetts, to visit relatives, although I do have an uncle in West Covina, CA so I may visit him and go to LA on the Southwest cheap bastard's deal.

Ugh, they only seem to have the cheap bastard's deal for East Coast to East Coast trips, but they had a $336 Boston to LA which seems good.

I mean, doesn't it seem like they always tell Bushie, a new, later date, of when he'll be able to move there? Especially if he's sending them each $35 a month, they would certainly have shoes if the money was getting to them, not to mention a good deal of other things, we're talking about U.S. dollars in Kenya here. I used to sponsor a kid in Peru, and I sent them about $30 a month+ an annual $50 Christmas gift, and he wrote me about not only shoes, but also toys and all kinds of other neat stuff he bought with the money. My parents financed this, but I was 10.

At what point can this thread be renamed season 9?
Bushie has a strict 2,000 post threshold. Tongue
