House Republicans are to blame for about 99.9% of the budget BS going on in this country atm. They've done nothing but whine, obstruct Obama's agenda, whine, obstruct Obama's agenda, whine...everything but act like adults and attempt to compromise with the White House. They're one of the biggest reasons the GOP/Romney couldn't get their crap together in 2012 (a la 1996--the '95-'96 shutdown was a creation of the GOP Congress).
As for Romney 2016? Please. The man is the definition of failure.
