Would be interested in Illinois' numbers.

I am a Catholic and live in a very Catholic area, and one observation that I have about Catholics is that there are a lot of them who are Democrats and a lot of them who are Republicans, but on both sides they are always very moderate. They usually tilt in either direction depending on priorities but can agree on generous-but-not-dependence welfare policies, pro-life, and there actually is a mix on gay marriage despite the Church's stance.

It was, but somehow the results weren't statistically significant enough to be shown.

Even though white Catholics probably made a majority of voters in the state? Odd.

Massachusetts is probably one of the few states where the Religious Right establishment, whatever that may be, is Catholic.
