But shredding Democratic voter registrations isn't. Got to love Republican morals.

Neither is illegal.  Nobody is being compelled to do anything nor prohibited from doing anything.  Ah, that's called freedom, as opposed to a Stalinist-like system of one party rule.

It is also unenforcable, so not really a contract.
