He was winking.  I think it was a win for Bush, but not a decisive one.  Like Kerry in the first, Cheney in the second, it wasn't decisive; I didn't expect it to be.

Bush won, but this isn't decisive.  His numbers will go up, probably less than 5 points on average; this is a bounce, not a trend.
